Bernard
Hi There. Bernard here. I'm a Toy French Poodle, Apricot in Color. I'm about 6-8 years old and around 5 pounds. I used to be a Puppy Mill Dog. Placing Paws found out about me and said they were coming to get me. I was one of the forgotten ones.I don't know why. For years, I fathered many puppies, all sold as designer dogs for lots of money. I thought that the Puppy Mill Breeders would appreciate what great dogs I produced, but they never let on that they were grateful. They kept me away from the world, locked up in a cage, all day all night, eat, sleep, walk in circles. Its a good thing I'm a Poodle, Smart and able to find distraction in my own mind until someday I can get out. It was a close call. My only way out was Placing Paws or Death. Well, you must know I am here and Placing Paws got me out. Now they told me I can choose to have a better life. I thought it was better already. I got groomed, and fed and petted and kissed. Geeze, I got excited that there were good things going to happen. Now, I get to choose a family. I'm looking forward to meeting everyone and finding the best place I live for the rest of my life. Can't wait to meet you. Au Revoir (that's French that means see ya soon)
