Donating a Raffle Item

Raffle items are a great Fund Raising opportunity for Placing Paws.

Items of any size and value are welcome. Items on our wish list of things to raffle are a flat screen TV, a laptop computer, an IPod, A camera, a vacation, a hotel stay etc. Some other ideas are gift cards, restaurant gift cards, gift theme baskets. Any items are appreciated.

Think big and ask your employer.

Companies are looking for business in these trying times. This is a great way to generate some business and get some exposure. Check with your employer to see if they would donate a raffle item. It is a tax write-off and we will put them as a sponsor on our website. They will also be acknowledged at the event where the item is being raffled.
We can supply you with a 501c tax exempt  letter to present to your employer if needed. We can also supply them with a receipt.

Ask stores and places of service
that you frequent if they would like to donate an item, service or gift certificate to raffle. Restaurants, beauty shops and stores are places that are often willing to donate. They can write-off the item and it is exposure for their place of business. We can supply you with a 501c tax exempt  letter to present if requested. We can also supply them with a receipt.
